Shipping Policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 0–1 business days after your order is placed. Business days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

Our daily order cut-off is 1:00pm UK time. Orders placed after this time may begin processing on the next business day.

Orders may be shipped using Royal Mail, Evri, Parcelforce, DHL or FedEx, depending on the size, weight, destination and service selected for your order.

You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Order processing time is separate from the estimated shipping/transit time shown at checkout.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on factors including the weight, dimensions and shipping method selected for your order.

We currently offer Standard, Express and Next Day delivery options where available.

Estimated transit times begin once your order has been dispatched.

Oversized, Bulky & Bulk Orders

Some packaging products can be lightweight but occupy a significant amount of space during transport. For this reason, larger orders may be charged based on volumetric weight rather than their physical weight.

Volumetric weight is calculated using the overall dimensions of the packaged shipment and reflects the amount of space it occupies within the courier network.

This is particularly relevant to products such as:

  • Large quantities of cardboard boxes
  • Oversized cartons
  • Bulk packaging materials
  • Multiple-case orders
  • Pallet quantities

Very large or bulk orders may be subject to different delivery rates from those listed below.

Large or Unusually Sized Products

Some products may fall outside the standard shipping bands because of their dimensions or the number of parcels required.

Where this applies, the appropriate shipping charge will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the contents of your order.

Large orders may alternatively be shipped by pallet or another suitable freight service.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information where tracking is available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become fully active within the courier's system.

If your order has not arrived within 5 business days after the expected delivery date, please contact the Core Packaging customer service team with your:

Name, order number and delivery postcode.

We will investigate the shipment with the relevant courier.

Delivery Delays

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and cannot always be guaranteed.

Delays can occasionally occur as a result of circumstances outside our control, including courier network disruption, adverse weather, peak trading periods and public holidays.

We will always do our best to help resolve any delivery issues as quickly as possible.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Details of the damage
  • Clear photographs of the damaged product
  • Photographs of the external packaging where applicable

We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day returns period, subject to the terms of our Refund Policy.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, returned products must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.

Where the customer is responsible for returning an unwanted item, return delivery charges may be deducted from the refund or paid separately by the customer.
